The rules that govern your use of the game
Acceptance
By using The Legend of Kawa (as a guest or a signed-in user) you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. We update the Terms periodically and will post any material change on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect.
Account & security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of the Google account you sign in with. Sharing your account is not allowed, and impersonating another player is prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
Paid content
Donations are 100% voluntary and are non-refundable except in the case of a technical error that prevents you from receiving the paid benefit. The premium Battle Pass ($4.99) grants cosmetic perks and in-game rewards; it never grants competitive advantage that breaks game balance. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms as well.
Intellectual property
KAWA LEGEND and its original game content (art, audio, text, code) are owned by the project owners and developers, except where noted — some SFX are licensed from ElevenLabs. None of it may be reused in another project without written consent. User-generated content (skins, characters) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive display license.
Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: (1) cheats or bots for unfair progress, (2) posting offensive or politically loaded content via character names or donation messages, (3) attempting to breach the servers or scrape other players' data, (4) selling or buying accounts. Any violation results in immediate account termination.
Liability
The game is provided as-is without explicit warranties. We are not liable for indirect technical loss (downtime, sync issues, etc.). We will do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the commercial jurisdiction where the company is registered. Any dispute is resolved amicably first, and by the competent court if that fails.
